Whether you’re struggling with chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, digestive issues or mood disorders, I’m here to help you. Our team will explore your lifestyle, environment and genetics to get to the root cause of your health issues. Together we will create a personalized wellness plan that incorporates diet, nutrition, supplements, bioidentical hormone therapy, noninvasive body therapies and other tools to help you feel your best.

Integrative medicine is healing-oriented and takes into account all aspects of a person’s life. It embraces the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient, is informed by evidence, and makes use of appropriate conventional and alternative therapies. It does not reject conventional medicine nor accept alternative remedies uncritically.

We combine ideas and concepts from many healing traditions, ancient and modern. Whole Food Plant Based Diets, the science of the microbiome, tenets of Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine, herbs and nutritional supplements, and technologically advanced treatments like physiologic insulin infusions are just a few of the tools that we utilize. Using a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment, we stimulate the body’s innate healing mechanisms so that it can restore itself to optimal functioning.

Our mission is to always provide care through the lens of compassion, honesty and affordability. We believe that everyone deserves access to medical professionals who will listen to their concerns and provide them with a thorough physical exam, comprehensive lab tests and customized treatment plan. Often patients are frustrated with the lack of communication and follow-up between doctors. At Forum Health, we pride ourselves on providing our patients with a concierge type of service that addresses this issue.
